About Third Day Horticulture

Container gardens and planter services in East Texas.

Third Day Horticulture is a specialist planter and container-garden studio in Tyler, TX — serving businesses, medical facilities, country clubs, and fine homes across East Texas.

Founder & Lead Horticulturist

Alison Burgett

Alison is an alumna of the United States Botanic Garden in Washington, D.C., where she helped produce horticultural displays for the U.S. Capitol complex. She holds a Master’s in Plant Science from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Horticulture from Texas A&M.

Since relocating to Tyler, Alison has built Third Day Horticulture into East Texas’s go-to studio for designed container gardens and commercial planter services — working with Christus health facilities, private clubs, Pine Cove, and select residential clients in Tyler, TX.

Every container garden we plant is chosen for the specific light, wind, foot traffic, and brand of the property it sits on. That’s the difference between a planter and a designed planter.

01

Trained horticulturist

Master’s-level plant science background, not a general landscape crew. Designs are informed by real plant biology.

02

Specialists, not generalists

We focus exclusively on planters, pots, and container gardens — so that category is the best part of your property.

03

East Texas expertise

Every palette we plant is chosen for the heat, humidity, soil, and light patterns specific to the Tyler region.
